How to make and receive your orders at 2WORLDGROUP® at your home.

All internet users can freely browse 2WORLDGroup® shop without their registration being necessary, they will only have to do so when they wish to purchase a product with direct purchase from the shop.

BUY DIRECTLY ON THE PAGE
In other words, to buy directly on the page, you will have to register, and for that, just click on the “Log in” button, press "Sign up" link and fill in the fields with the requested data or at least the mandatory fields.
Once registered, you can add the products you wish to purchase to the “Shopping Cart”. Following the requested steps until finalizing the order.
If your order is successfully completed, you will receive an email stating that your order has entered the 2WORLDGROUP® management database.
BUY BY REQUESTING BY EMAIL
You can also submit your request directly to the email: fin@pt2world.com, sending a detailed list of the desired articles, including the article code (SKU), as well as your name and full address for the delivery.
As soon as your order is separated and ready to ship, you will be sent an email with payment terms, including postage costs and possible promotional discounts. Attached to this email, you will find a front and back image of the items already separated at your request for a better analysis before confirmation. Thus, at this stage of the confirmation request, it will be possible, whenever you want, to add or remove Items.
After making your payment, and as soon as it is validated, your order will be sent immediately by regular or registered mail depending on the amount spent for the name and address in your Order..

BUY BY CHAT/WHATSAPP
You will also be able to pay by CHAT. Our chat uses WHATSAPP to comunicate with us. Press"Chat with us", make your request, counting on us to help you with any further information and the subsequent procedure will be like described on section "Buy by requesting by email".

After your purchase you will have a deadline of 5 days to make the payment, if it is not done the purchase will be canceled.
Sold items will only be sent by post after the customer makes the payment and it is confirmed by 2WORLDGROUP®.

Como efectuar e receber em sua casa os seus pedidos na 2WORLDGROUP®.
Todos os cibernautas podem navegar livremente na 2WORLDGROUP® sem que seja necessário o seu registo, somente terão de o fazer quando desejarem adquirir um produto na compra direta na loja.
COMPRAR DIRECTAMENTE NA LOJA
Para comprar diretamente na loja terá de efetuar o seu registo, e para tal basta clicar no botão “Log in”, escolher o link "Sign up", preenchendo no mínimo os campos de preenchimento obrigatório.
Uma vez registado poderá adicionar ao “Shopping Basket” (Carrinho de compras) os produtos que pretender adquirir, seguindo os passos solicitados até finalizar a encomenda.
Caso o seu pedido seja finalizado com sucesso, receberá um e-mail a informar que o seu pedido entrou na base de dados de gestão da 2WORLDGROUP®.
COMPRAR POR EMAIL
Poderá também submeter o seu pedido diretamente para o e-mail: fin@pt2world.com, enviando uma lista detalhada dos artigos pretendidos, bem como o seu nome e o endereço completo para o envio.
Assim que o seu pedido esteja separado e pronto a expedir, ser-lhe-á enviado um email com as condições de pagamento, contemplando custos de portes e possíveis descontos promocionais. Em anexo a este e-mail, seguirá uma imagem frente e verso das itens já separadas a seu pedido para uma melhor análise antes da sua confirmação.
Assim, nesta fase do pedido de confirmação, será possível, sempre que pretender, acrescentar ou retirar Itens.
Após efetuar o seu pagamento, e assim que o mesmo seja validado, a sua encomenda seguirá de imediato por correio normal ou Registado dependendo do valor gasto para o nome e endereço que consta no seu Pedido.
COMPRAR POR CHAT/WHATSAPP
Poderá ainda comprar por Whatsapp. Prime o botão no topo do site e coloque a sua encomenda como na compra por email, contando com a nossa ajuda e tudo o resto se passará como descrito na secção "Comprar por Email".

Após a sua compra terá um prazo de 5 dias para fazer o pagamento. A compra será anulada se o pagamento não for efectuado.Os artigos vendidos só serão enviados por correio após o pagamento ter sido efetuado pelo cliente e confirmado pela 2WORLDGROUP®.
