Como efectuar e receber em sua casa os seus pedidos na 2WORLDGROUP.
Todos os cibernautas podem navegar livremente na 2WORLDGROUP sem que seja necessário o seu registo, somente terão de o fazer quando desejarem adquirir um produto na compra directa na 2WORLDGOUP.
Ou seja, para comprar directamente na página terá de efectuar registo, e para tal basta clicar no botão “Log in” preenchendo os campos com os dados solicitados ou no mínimo os campos de preenchimento obrigatório.
Uma vez registado poderá adicionar ao “Carrinho de compras” os produtos que pretender adquirir. Seguindo os passos solicitados até finalizar a encomenda.
Caso o seu pedido seja finalizado com sucesso, receberá um e-mail a informar que o seu pedido entrou na base de dados de gestão da 2WORLDGROUP.
Poderá também submeter o seu pedido directamente para o e-mail: fin@pt2world.com, enviando uma lista detalhada dos artigos pretendidos, bem como o seu nome e direcção completa.
Assim que o seu pedido esteja separado e pronto a expedir, ser-lhe-á enviado um email com as condições de pagamento, contemplando custos de portes e possíveis descontos promocionais.
Em anexo a este e-mail, seguirá uma imagem frente e verso das itens já separadas a seu pedido para uma melhor análise antes de sua confirmação.
Assim, nesta fase do pedido de confirmação, será possível, sempre que pretender, acrescentar ou retirar Itens.
Após efectuar o seu pagamento, e assim que o mesmo seja validado, a sua encomenda seguirá de imediato por correio normal ou Registado dependendo do valor gasto para o nome e direcção que consta no seu Pedido.

How to make and receive your orders at 2WORLDGROUP® at your home.
All internet users can freely browse 2WORLDGroup® without their registration being necessary, they will only have to do so when they wish to purchase a product with direct purchase at 2WORLDGROUP®.
In other words, to buy directly on the page, you will have to register, and for that, just click on the “Log in” button, filling in the fields with the requested data or at least the mandatory fields.
Once registered, you can add the products you wish to purchase to the “Shopping Cart”. Following the requested steps until finalizing the order.
If your order is successfully completed, you will receive an email stating that your order has entered the 2WORLDGROUP® management database.
You can also submit your request directly to the email: fin@pt2world.com, sending a detailed list of the desired articles, as well as your name and full address.
As soon as your order is separated and ready to ship, you will be sent an email with payment terms, including postage costs and possible promotional discounts.
Attached to this email, you will find a front and back image of the items already separated at your request for a better analysis before confirmation.
Thus, at this stage of the confirmation request, it will be possible, whenever you want, to add or remove Items.
After making your payment, and as soon as it is validated, your order will be sent immediately by regular or registered mail depending on the amount spent for the name and address in your Order.
